You are welcome to enjoy our spacious modern self contained studio attached to the rear of our family home. A modern, clean 1 bedroom studio with its own lounge, kitchen and bathroom / shower and toilet with a shared outdoor deck area adjacent to the rear garden. Unit is attached to owners home but is private and separate for you to have a quiet and enjoyable stay. Located 5 minutes from PN Airport, 5 minutes from PN Hospital (Midcentral DHB) and a ten minute drive to Feilding or to PN CBD.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Our Airbnb is a family home, close to the city center, about 7 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Plaza, Restaurants, Supermarkets, parks, and Centre Energy Trust Arena. our place is quiet and relaxing. It has a private bathroom,study room and a private parking space. The Bus stop is outside the property, convenient for those who want to visit around the town. It is suitable for single or two individuals, couples, or families with children.we allocate the price to the number of guests.

Self Contained in Feilding

My husband and I welcome you to friendly Feilding. Our sleep out has an ensuite (shower, vanity, toilet), TV, wardrobe and queen bed with linen and towels. There is a jug with mugs, tea/coffee/milk and a fridge. There are no cooking facilities. The sleep out is separate to the house so you can come and go as you please. Easy self check in/out. My mum is a co-host so it really is family run. NB; breakfast isn't included and due to working full time, check in is from 5pm. Thanks :)

The rural outlook abounds. Conveniently a supermarket and various food outlets are within a very short distance.

Kawau - House Upstairs - private area

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
