The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Our tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a wee fridge/freezer. Check out our waterhole, walk with the cows, relax and enjoy! Paihia 17min drive

Kereru Lodge - Central Paihia

Nestled in native bush surrounding Paihia, Kereru Lodge is located a just a short walk from the town centre. Close to the intercity bus depot, main wharf, as well as bars and restaurants. Kereru Lodge is the perfect location to base yourself when visiting the bay of islands. We provide fresh clean bedding and towels, fast free WIFI and have a new fresh water filter in the kitchenette. Te Wahi Mahana (A Warm Place), Paihia

This is a self catering, air-conditioned apartment with a spacious open plan living area, a separate bedroom and bathroom. Guests have their own patio with sea views across to the bay to Russell. The kitchen has a microwave, 2-ring hob and tea/coffee making facilities. While we are only 3.2 km from the centre of Paihia, it is a hilly walk. There is a lot to see and do here so make sure your stay isn't too short to experience what is available.
