The condo is one bedroom king size and a day bed with two twin mattress on the side. The living room has a queen sofa bed Gulfpoint Condominiums requires all guests to pay a one-time $10 per person per stay Resort Fee during most days of the year. From March 1 to March 31 and the last week of JULY the Resort Fee is $35 per person. From June 1 to August 7, 2022, or During Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's the Resort Fee is $20 . Children 5 years and under are free of charge.
