Perfectly located in Maroochydore's CBD tucked away in between Duporth avenue and the Maroochy river you will find this quiet secluded 1-bedroom unit. 2-minute walk from ocean streets cafes/restaurants/clubs and 5 minutes to sunshine plaza shopping precent. Leave your car parked at the central oasis and go for a walk along the river to the beach. After seeing the sights relax and unwind in air-conditioned comfort, watch a movie on Foxtel or soak up the tranquility in your private courtyard.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away.
