We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

In the heart of Sedalia's Southwest side, Mom's Place is nestled in a peaceful & friendly neighborhood. Built in 1954 by our Grandpa, this custom home features wood floors, built-in bookcases, and windows galore. These charms provide natural light and uniqueness to the home with the convenience of modern amenities. Mom still talks about her dad losing sleep when building this house, as the original owners requested an Upside-Down Roof. Amazing home for 71 years old! Must see!

This cabin is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls retreat, or lodging for an avid hunter or fisherman. Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the small town of Stover and roughly 30 miles from both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake, it's the perfect location to relax and unwind.
