There are nearby stores, bakeries, restaurants, and the excellent Brewster Ladies Public Library. The porch overlooks the private gardens. We love gardening and try for interesting views & foraging for birds even in winter.

There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.
