Welcome! We are Paul and Paula and have lived in Waipara over 30 years, you will be nestled down the back of our home on 1/2 acre property. A newly refurbished 2 bedroom cottage, quiet, roomy living area, outdoor patio, you can sit and enjoy the sun, or under the tree for shade. Surrounded by wineries, for brunch, lunch or coffee and taste some wonderful wines. Coringa Farm Cottage HC BB hi

Coringa Farm Cottage is the home block of the original 7000 acre Coringa Station, Unique landscape surrounded by nature. Located 5 minutes from Motunau Seaside village, & 10 minutes from Greta Valley Pub & Cafe, Scargill Golf Club & Wedding Venue. This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Guests may explore farm on foot or mountain bike with permission. Welcome to Coringa.

Black Estate Winery B & B

A beautiful studio B & B at Black Estate's organic vineyard. Located on the ground floor of an architecturally designed building which also houses a lunch time restaurant featuring local and organic produce (closed Tuesday and Wednesdays). Consistently awarded two Hats by Cuisine Good Food Awards. The views are vast, expanding from the Home vineyard to the majestic Southern Alps. Complimentary light breakfast provisions are supplied and a takeaway meal can be ordered on the day you arrive.

The Shed

Escape to the country, and unwind in our newly renovated shed. Set in a peaceful rural area, only 10 minutes from Rangiora. The Shed has a lovely private deck overlooking the paddock and extensive views of the mountains, and breathtaking sunsets. Stargazing on a clear night is a must too. The Shed is bright, comfortable, Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury. Please note there is no Wifi available, but we do have a Chromecast plug in.

Separate wing of house, king bed, en-suite shower, private sitting room with log burner; ideally situated in North Canterbury near the Waipara wine growing region. 45 mins. Christchurch Airport Easy walk into Amberley town with shops + cafes 20 min. drive to Rangiora. Waipara wineries within 15 minute drive, restaurants + cafes. 60 mins to Hanmer Springs, hot pools + walking. Short walk to Amberley Domain. To note: No smoking and no pets policy. Not suitable for children under 12.

Romantic Vineyard getaway, hot tub & awesome views

Our Wine Pod, a beautiful Tiny House, sits privately nestled on the Georges Road Winery & Vineyard, with panoramic views across the vines to the hills & alps beyond. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting up at the Winery, use our complimentary bikes to explore the area, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or purchase local antipasto fare at our Cellar Door), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.

Olive Grove Cabin Waipara

Olive Grove Cabin is nestled in an olive grove in the Waipara valley, just 45 minutes north of Christchurch and 8 minutes north of Amberley. A peaceful and tranquil getaway from Christchurch or a stop along your travels around New Zealand. The cabin is located in the heart of the Waipara wine region, on the doorstep of the best of North Canterbury’s wineries, with easy access to Mt Grey, Mt Cass and Tiromoana walkways. The cabin is cosy and welcoming, the perfect retreat.

Shearers Quarters on farm, Motunau Beach Rd

On a farm but just a few mins off SH1 and from the beach. Simple yet cosy & comfortable and loved by our family. Ideal for time out, wedding accommodation or a stop over. Handy to local wedding venue 4km away. Just $100 for 1 person (except peak season), thereafter each person is $45 pp and children $40 (we adjust once booked). Prices intentionally kept low so anyone can come here. No wifi inside this building, however, there is from close nearby.

Cosy Motunau Cottage

Warm, cosy and comfortable cottage, situated near the peaceful Motunau village, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. Private outdoor space. Spectacular views over the ocean and plenty of room to turn a boat. We are an hour north of Christchurch, 30min from the Hurunui Mouth taking the scenic route and close to great local wineries. Beach access is 2km from the cottage. Guests are welcome to walk in our gully or interact with our alpacas.

Cozy slightly rustic snug (compact) sleepout with Smàrt TV and WiFi. 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Rangiora shopping centre, making it easy to plan your visit. Small outside private area with porch. One room with queen bed and ensuite No kitchen. Has microwave small fridge, off street free parking, HEATPUMP warm on a cold day cool on hot days. 30 minutes drive to central Christchurch and airport. Matawai nature park 2 minute walk.

Cosy Cottage in the Vines

Unwind in your own private hot tub while soaking up the stunning vineyard views. At night, enjoy a sky full of stars—clear and bright with no city lights in sight. This fully self-contained cottage includes everything you need, from a kitchen to laundry facilities. Set right on the Waipara wine trail, it’s just a short walk or ride to some of the region’s best wineries, including Greystone, Waipara Springs, Torlesse and Black Estate.

The Beach Bach is a fully self contained unit with all day sun. At the back of a private yard there is a deck to enjoy the sun and catch some views. Only 100 meters to the beach, fall asleep to the sounds of the sea. 20 Mins to Christchurch, 30 minutes to the Airport and 35mins to Christchurch CBD. ""June 2025.
