The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Situated right on the banks of the Pomares river, this newly refurbished luxury 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, set in the heart of the Alva Valley. The apartment has a balcony over looking the river beach of Avo, where you can enjoy the fresh water of the Alva river. Uitzicht op de hoogste bergtoppen van Portugal (Serra da Estrela). Het chalet staat op een eigen ruime kavel, omzoomd door wijnstokken. Zon- en schaduwplekken.
