Granny’s Little House

You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s little house. A full kitchen to prepare meals if you choose and a comfy couch to relax and read a book or sit back and watch tv. The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander Tour and several restaurants and shopping are just 5-15 minutes away. A Kurig with coffee & tea.

Broken Road Cottage

Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

For those who are interested in taking in the natural beauty of the area, visit Black Bayou Lake National Wildlife Refuge and Chemin-A-Haut State Park. Looking for trophy-size fish 🐟 ? Bussey Brake Reservoir is 15 minutes away! On-site RV setup is also offered. An AirBnB reservation is required. It is $50 a night.

The pool area and back patio have seating and feature access to a grill and fire pit.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Sullivan's Country Home

Come enjoy a peaceful stay at Sullivan's Country Home! Located on the quiet corner of Sullivan Loop, this home is close to I-20 for easy access to the highway (but far enough to avoid highway noise!) Perfect for a large family or a couple of couples! King Bed, Queen Bed and Bunk Beds occupy the 3 bedrooms. Large dining room, access to washer and dryer, large fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room completes this cozy space.
