This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

The Montgomery has an outdoor community courtyard and literally steps away from a variety of restaurants, shopping, activities, and culture.

Enjoy your day out on the lake, a 30' dock is available for those that have a boat with proof of insurance, or book one of the many fishing charters on-site. I if you are looking for a more relaxing getaway, Magee Marsh is close, within 2 miles, and Port Clinton is 12 miles away. The resort offers a swimming pool, pickleball, tennis, basketball court, catch & release fishing pond and a fish cleaning station as well.

Clean and comfortable 1-bedroom 2nd floor condo located in Green Cove Resort. The kitchen includes all the basics for cooking. The bedroom has 2 full XL size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is an air-conditioner in the bedroom as well as the living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer available for your use. Wi fi is accessible throughout the condo and there is a new 40" smart TV with cable.

Stay at our ground level one bedroom condo. We can accommodate 4-5 people with a queen sized bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The screened in porch will offer water views and plenty of wildlife sightings. The resort features a pool, tennis & racquetball courts, and fish cleaning stations. We pride ourselves in offering a comfortable and clean stay with a fully stocked kitchen. We are located in a countryside setting yet close enough to Put-in-Bay and Kelleys Island, Cedar Point and all the other attractions that Lake Erie Shores & Islands has to offer.
