Our unit is ground level and shares only one wall with neighbors, it's brick, so you don't hear them at all! Recently updated and remodeled with modern amenities and precious decor! 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths! It sleeps 8 comfortably. We are located in El Cortez Villas off of HWY 361 a short distance from the first beach access road, or you can use the boardwalk and walk or drive your golf cart. Washer/dryer in unit. This ground level condo is stocked to make your stay enjoyable. The reviews don't lie, the bed is comfortable. For your protection we disinfect all remotes, light switches, door handles knobs and handles with a solution recommended by the CDC to kill any surface viruses. We wash all linens, quilts, towels and bath mats between each guest. There is a Wildlife Refuge across the street with walking trails that run along the Oso Bay. $40 nonrefundable pet fee will be charged if bringing a pet.
