Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Apartman za 4 osobe u Novalji, Samorašnji put 17B. Blizu plaže i centra. Potpuno obnovljen 2024.g. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe, dnevne sobe, kuhinje s perilicom suđa, kupaonice, balkona. Ima oko 30 m2, besplatan parking, klima Wi-fi i korištenja roštilja u dvorištu. U spavaćoj sobi je bračni krevet za dvije osobe, a u dnevnoj sobi je trosjed koji se razvuče u ležaj za dvije osobe. Udaljen je od plaže oko 150-200 m, isto toliko do autobusne stanice koji vozi do Zrća. Do centra oko 750 m.

The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.
