Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

Little Cedar House Cottage near coffee and shops

5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

NE Irving Park Cottage

Irving Park Cottage is designed for your comfort. The space is bright, private, and quiet, with a sunny patio in our garden. It is a separate building in our backyard, built in 2017 with vaulted ceilings, skylights, natural woodwork, heated floors, and air conditioning. It is a clean, modern, pet-free space. It is easy to get to by car and a short trip from the airport with free on-street parking. We are in a walkable, quiet neighborhood near restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and groceries.

Grant Park Guest House

Newly built guesthouse in highly desirable Grant Park. Beautiful and relaxing one level space with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, skylights and lots of natural light. The Sneakaway

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Cozy Vintage Cottage in the Woods

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The Royal Scott Double Decker Bus

Our tiny home started life as a commuter bus in Manchester, England, in 1953, then did stints in San Francisco and Mt. St. Helens before finding a home as the Grilled Cheese Grill in Portland.
