The one bedroom Airbnb is the day-lit, lower unit of a new Craftsman style house built in 2018. With a queen bed and a queen sofabed in the living area, there is space for 4 people total. This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

We're an upscale, private, guesthouse in central PDX - like a private hotel, but better. Free food/drinks/snacks – crazy amenities. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad.
