The apartment is a private part of our house, has your own entrance and is located on the second floor (2 stairs up). +two bikes to use for free!

The studio is located at a very quiet alley on “Blaeu Erf", nearby Dam Square, in the oldest part of Amsterdam City Centre. Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

In the room has all the amenities. The guest entrance is in our back yard with its own front door, so that you are free. This room is a mix of antique and modern style, comfortable and luxury furnished and fully equipped. There is a luxurious double bed and folding bed with high-quality mattresses. The total room was renovated in August 2018. Opposite our House is a forest. Our garden is subtropical, with hibiscus, palms, and a fig tree. You are welcome

This authentic cozy studio apartment is part of a charming 17th-century canal house in the heart of Amsterdam! It also has its own entrance on the lowest floor. We prefer hosting non-cannabis smoking guests. Please note that the oven/microwave and the clothingdryer are located in the other part of the house. We live in the other part of the house and are available to help or inform you.

Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
