This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. A Separate bathroom. Monday and Thursday between 7am and 9am the gym area will be used by us and a few friends. During this time the bathroom may be used. Private landscaped court yard. 10 minute walk to beach Buses to Manly, Warringah Mall, Chatswood and express buses to the city. Transport to City and Manly on the doorstep. We are dog friendly; we have a Beagle x Poodle called Snoop who is very friendly with other dogs.
