The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Romantic 'hide-away' in a lovely quiet part of the New Forest, the front gate leads directly onto the Forest. Situated in the grounds of a family house, the cottage has its own private patio. There is a village pub within a short walk from the cottage, and there are many wonderful walks without the need to drive. The thatched cottage has studio style accommodation and has been refurbished to a high-standard with underfloor heating. Bicycle storage. Later check out (12noon) on Sundays.

Dobbin’s Stable is a freshly renovated brick built stable block, one of two, located on a farm, which combines all the charm and character of a period building with the style and comfort of a warm and comfortable home. Set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, where ponies, donkeys, cows and pigs roam free, the walking and biking trails are literally on our doorstep, as is a fab pub, cafe and farm shop, and of course the New Forest itself. Close to the New Forest, on the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm). Note, we are situated on a main A road.

Shepherd's Hut in the New Forest

Our cosy shepherds hut is situated at the end of our garden in front of our small wood overlooking our paddock in the heart of the New Forest. Situated near the market town of Fordingbridge "Harry's Hut" is in the perfect setting for you to enjoy hiking around The Forest, exploring ancient woodland and visit many of the delightful pubs nearby. The cathedral city of Salisbury is 10 miles to the north and the beautiful Dorset coastline 15 miles to the south.

New Forest Bothy

The Bothy is in the heart of the picturesque, tranquil village of Harbridge. This gem of a place is on the edge of the New Forest offering miles of fantastic walking, cycling and horse riding. It is set within a pretty garden with windows overlooking garden/fields making a peaceful and romantic setting for anyone. You have a lovely ensuite bedroom with a small kitchen. There are numerous pubs in the area which offer good evening meals.
