Woodstone Cottage is a cozy stone and log building, located between lake champlain and whiteface moutian, sitting on a 109 acres sided by Salmon River, with gorgeous hiking trails. If you're looking to enjoy a warm outdoor jacuzzi, warm sauna bath or a relaxing night with fire on a clear sky, look no further. We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch. House is over 100 years old, comfortably furnished. Style is "Early American Garage Sale." Very close to canoe and kayak rentals, and minutes away from 3 boat launches and boat rentals. 1 block from new Adirondack RAIL TRAIL. Your hosts were involved in eco-tourism for many years and can provide a wealth of information.

A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
