Bertha's Cabin in the great outdoors

"Bertha's Cabin" takes you back in time with cedar walls and maple floor even the original chimney from Grandma Bertha's day. At the same time, enjoy modern bathroom and kitchen amenities. A queen bed awaits; bring your own bedding and towels; upgrade available upon request. Step outside into the great outdoors to marked hiking trails and thousands of acres of Forest Service land. Invite friends and family to the nearby "Andrew Cabin" and the RV campsites at Sheyenne Oaks Campground.

An incredible year-round remodeled lake cabin with gorgeous views from almost every room! This stunning home is located on Garrison Bay (Lake Sakakawea) in the Garrison Creek Subdivision in the heart of walleye fishing and deer/pheasant hunting. Cabin has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath on the main floor, including a huge master suite with a walk-in closet and a shower. There is a beautiful family room and a living room each with a fireplace, so you can cozy up no matter where you are in the house.

The Hytte Hideout- Golf, River, and Privacy.

We’d love to have you come enjoy our “Hytte”, or what the Norwegian culture calls their weekend cabin! We have completely renovated this small, but mighty, property that will be perfect to use as your home away from home. Nestled on 15 spacious acres, with the Goose River flowing through the back of the property. You truly have to experience a stay here to grasp how unique it is. Take in both nature and small town living, while appreciating the tranquility it offers.

Lone Butte Ranch-Cedar Post

The Cedar Post was built in 2021. This log cabin is one of 3 cabins located on our working cattle ranch. We are located in the heart of the Badlands, only 14 miles south of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit, and 65 miles north of the TRNP South Unit. We have miles of hiking trails or riding trails if you prefer to bring your horses. This secluded cabin has it's own private hot tub and all your modern amenities but still has that rustic feel.

Beautiful year-round home on Lake Metigoshe.

This is a great spot with plenty of room to relax, have fun, and spend time together. Hike, bike, walk, ride, ski (on land or water), or just take in all four seasons—there’s something to enjoy year-round. We’re happy to share our family cabin with you. Some of our favorite memories have come from simple time away in places like this, and we hope you get the chance to make a few of your own here too. Summer 2026 bookings will open September 1, 2025.

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Little Earth Lodge on Spiritwood Lake (w/ hot tub)

Bring your family and friends to this great place with lake access, massive deck, fire pit, ample parking, spacious kitchen, and large gathering areas. Little Earth Lodge offers the best accommodations in Stutsman County and is located right on the waters edge. •You will enjoy watching the wildlife and fishing right off of your own private dock. •Several outdoor games are available including a beautiful pool table upstairs.

The Little Log Cabin on the Lake

Relax with family and friends in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath log cabin right on Lake Sakakawea. Located just a few minutes from Pick City, this cabin provides everything for your getaway: a huge front deck with hot tub overlooking Lake Sakakawea, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, dining table and chairs, an air-conditioned great room space, with all linens and towels provided.

The house is quite and a great place to unplug and unwind with the family. A short walk to the beach or a quick drive to the boat ramp. There's also a delicious restaurant within walking distance, and less than 8 miles to the nearest grocery store.

Painted Woods Lodge

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the woods. Take a walk down to take in the scenic views of the mighty Missouri River, or stroll through the Painted Woods at the onsite trail. There are 3 hookups for campers as well, where more guests could stay for a family reunion. It also offers a beautiful getaway during the winter with a freestanding sauna with scenic views of the river.
