Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Enjoy the midnight sun or the northen lights. Above all, we want you to have a very good stay. That's why we offer you free rental of bicycles, snowshoes, canoes, firewood, barbecues and kayak for those with experience. The apartment is on the first floor and has large windows. It is in the nature surrounded by the ocean, white coral beaches, islets and reefs, you can see this trough the apartment windows. Park right outsidee and indside you really have everything you might need.

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

Idyllic cabin in the Lyngen Alps

Lyngen is one of the world's most beautiful and undisturbed Arctic regions. From this exclusive cabin you can enjoy the northern lights in the winter and the midnight sun in the summer. The cabin is by itself, with a spectacular view. You can hear and see the ocean from the terrace. You need to walk up 140 stairs to the cabin, or walk the access road. You can be a bit shocked by the steepness, but it's worth it :) You can not drive up so you have to be a bit sporty to rent this place.

This is a unique place only 20 minutes from airport (22 km). You have everything you need for a pleasant stay. You can be up to 5 persons sleeping there. Easy to hire car and find the place. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Beliggenheten gir flott sikt til nordlyset på grunn av minimal lysforurensning. Nyt luksuriøs komfort med store vinduer og koselige soverom. Hytta har moderne nordisk design, høyhastighetsinternett og et fullt utstyrt kjøkken. Slapp av på terrassen, gå på truger, eller utforsk de nærliggende fjellene og fossene. Perfekt for en fredelig og eventyrlig ferie.

Nærmeste dagligvarebutikk er 20 min unna (Kvaløysletta). Nytt hus med 3 store soverom. Fult møblert, godt utstyrt kjøkken. Her har du alt du trenger, med innlagt vann og strøm. I tillegg finnes det vedfyring i hytta. Kjør på vanlig veg helt frem. Parkering rett ved hytta. Nordlyseldorado i nærområdet!

Perfekte nordlys forhold siden boligen ligger nærmest havet, med ingen andre hus eller lys som er i veien.
