Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei Sofas, einen großen Tisch für 8 Personen sowie einen Kamin. Zur Wohnung dazu gehört eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Duschbad und ein WC.

Helle und freundliche Dachgeschoßwohnung in direkter Nähe des Flughafens Köln/Bonn (5 Min.) und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Busse sind fußläufig in 3-5 Min. zu erreichen. Bis zum Bahnhof Porz/Rhein braucht man nur 5 Min., um von dort mit S-Bahn oder Regionalzügen in nur 10 Min. zur Messe Deutz oder in 15 Min. zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof zu gelangen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Kneipen, Cocktailbar und ein Eiscafe.
