Conveniently located between Joplin & Neosho just off I-49 just down the road from the popular Undercliff Bar & Grill. Newly furnished with 12” Memory Foam Mattresses, Leather Chaise Sofa, Kitchen Table with benches & Washer & Dryer. Features Queen Bedroom and Full size mattress is Super Loft. It is not a handicap accessible property, 3 steps down to living room.

The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

Everyone will enjoy easy access from this centrally located home. Things to do include Neosho Historic Square, parks & biking trails, bowling, movies, Neosho National Fish Hatchery & Crowder College. Nearby is Route 66, Precious Moments, casinos, airports, Crystal Bridges, University of Arkansas, and minor league baseball. We are within 35 miles of Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas & Oklahoma. This is the companion, downstairs apartment to the "Cozy Upstairs Apartment near I-44/Hospitals" This contemporary space has everything you need for a weekend in town or a long-term stay. It's close to the hospitals, the I-44 exit, and restaurants. It is small - probably ideal for no more than two people - but incredibly cozy and the decorations are well-appointed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

WE TAKE LONG TERM REQUESTS. Tucked away in the woods is this tranquil getaway where you can enjoy nature but yet are only a few minutes from town. There is a queen bed in downstairs bedroom, a queen bed in the loft and a queen air mattress that can be set up in living room or loft. Would not recommend for families with smaller kids b/c of the stairs and railings

This country house is comfortable, and set off by itself on our family farmstead. The front porch provides a view of our field and no immediate neighbors. The house and everything in it is new ( except some odds & ends) and ready for your relaxing stay. 1 King & 1 Queen bed, fully stocked kitchen. Sorry, no pets & no tobacco use on property.
