Relax in this contemporary rural bungalow on the forest and close to the sea. Walk out onto the New Forest, enjoy the scenic garden looking over fields packed with wildlife, or enjoy cycling along quiet lanes amongst grazing ponies, donkeys and cattle. Two good pubs are within 1.5 miles in either direction and the historic towns of Beaulieu and Lymington are 3 miles and 4.5 miles respectively away. The quaint historic shipyard of Bucklers Hard nearby has a museum, pub and marina. IOW close too.

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Gull House is situated 5 minutes walk away from the sandy beach at Seagrove Bay & 15 minutes walk to the sailing village of Seaview. The secluded Priory Bay beach and woodland is just also nearby. Gull House is newly renovated to a high standard & is laid out over three floors. Four double bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two TV rooms make this house perfect for two families sharing. The large back garden includes a BBQ, outside heaters and a decked area for dining al fresco.
