Two excellent pub/restaurants nearby, supermarkets 10 mins walk away. 25 mins by train to central London from Mortlake Station, about 15-20mins walk away, buses to Richmond are 6 mins walk away and take about 8 mins to town centre.

Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

You will enjoy my place because of its location, the outdoor space, the ambiance and the quiet neighbourhood.
