It was home to the Archbishop of Canterbury, Queen Victoria's right-hand man, who not only christened and crowned the Queen but then went on to marry her Prince Albert. With a double bed, ensuite full-size hot water shower and toilet. Mini kitchen area with fridge freezer, 2 ring induction hob, kettle and warm log burner. Away from the main road and other houses in a quiet corner of our farm under the trees. Wake up to views across the lake. Parking is available to the side of the hut just a few steps away.

Netherfield Annexe

A pretty, peaceful country retreat, nestled in the beautiful Itchen Valley, just twelve minutes by car from historic Winchester. The annexe is separate from the main house, with plenty of parking plus use of the tennis court and part of the stunning garden offering extensive views across the countryside. Reiki treatments are also available from the host. The market town of Alresford is eight minutes away and it is a thirty minute drive to Chawton House, home of Jane Austen.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
