We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Pond Front Guest House Escape in the Foothills

Escape to the mountains in this 2 story, one bedroom plus sleeping loft guest home - right on a gorgeous fishing pond. Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, yet minutes to Starbucks, a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and more! There is a spacious living room with a large flatscreen TV, a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee and pond views out the kitchen window. Brand new furniture and comfy mattresses await you! Step outside and you’ll have access to a basketball court!

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Gate to irrigation canal offers leisurely strolls to a waterfall.

The entire home is a custom, magical space. No detail is overlooked, including crisp white cotton linens & towels. We welcome all guests with a complementary basket of goodies as well!

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
