The Alch Loft House

The Alch is mountain getaway not so far from the city. It is about 1 hour & 20 mins. ride from Bacolod City. It is accessible, located just along the highway. The A-frame house is a loft type villa which has 2 double size mattresses tatami style on the upper deck, with 1 double size day bed with a single pullout below. A grilling area, kitchenette with the basics & dining area inside the house is available. Cable Tv, hot & cold shower is available, & the loft house has its own dipping pool.

If you want to monthly rent that would be 15,000 just add 300 per head if you want to stay in 1 unit and will provide extra. thank you

LRS Hobbit House w/ Pool

LRS Hobbit House is a small room! LRS Hobbit House in Moalboal is a tiny room for 2 persons. Away from the crowds but not far from the restaurants, bars and dive shops. Our place has the best area for snorkeling! Just really a walk-away! Our Hobbit house has toilet, sink, shower ,hot and cold shower, fan and a SPLIT TYPE AIRCON A Double-bed size and has table and chairs outside for our guests to see the view of the palms, garden and the pool.

We are located in Basdiot, Moalboal. The word "basdiot" in cebuano, literally translates to "little sand" since the area is mostly known as a dive spot. We do have a fantastic view of the ocean. You may also pitch a tent beside the cottage to enjoy a bonfire and stargazing at night.
