A $500 USD REFUNDABLE utility deposit is required, with the balance returned after final utility charges are deducted. Likewise usage above the deposit will be billed to guests. Native Son Villa is our spacious 4 bedroom home away from home. We are right in the middle of the 7 mile beach with a large and private beach area. Included in your stay is your home away from home Chef/Villa Attendant. It’s a different concept that people love. Tips are greatly appreciated because the service fee you see on your Airbnb booking goes directly to Airbnb. Native Son Villa is part of SeaSand Eco Villas Property.
