Just 100m from the beach, with nearby sports courts and a short walk to the village, it's an ideal spot for unwinding, strolling, and swimming. Our furry friends, two dogs and two cats share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

Brand new furniture and appliances are introduced ! Fresh pictures are uploaded constantly! The Wifi Internet is pretty amazing and works perfect! An amazing spot for relaxed ,secluded vacation with a stunning beach just 250meters - 2 min from the house. Ideal for families! There is also one parking spot available for the guests!

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.
