An easy 15-min walk to the US Capitol, Library of Congress and National Mall and only 6-minutes to the Eastern Market metro station. Lower level of 1907 Victorian townhome with separate entrance invites you to a main living space with large TV, comfy sectional and day bed to relax after touring the city. Separate bedroom and bath provides perfect sleeping space for two. While no full kitchen or laundry, there’s a coffee bar, micro and frig.

We are on Capitol Hill, a short walk to the US Capitol, Supreme Court, Library of Congress and the National Mall with its iconic memorials, Smithsonian Museums and National Gallery of Art. Half a block away is Eastern Market, an historic indoor food market open 6 days a week. On the weekends it expands with outdoor farm stands and vendors selling crafts and other goods. Within blocks are many restaurants, shops and the Metro. On street parking is free, a two night stay is minimum. Thank you!

It is a fully private studio (efficient “tiny home”), with separate entrance and contactless, keypad lock. The interior includes a queen bed, small table for two, and bathroom (no kitchen). Its location can't be beat with ample restaurants, transportation options, and places to explore! The Carriage House is a short 6-8 minute walk to the Eastern Market metro station (orange, blue, and silver lines).
