This charming historical bungalow with views of Trout River and Rolliston Park is situated in a peaceful natural setting, yet is convenient to I-95, Jacksonville International Airport, JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, EverBank Stadium (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), VyStar Ball Park, Dailey's Place Amphitheater, and the Jacksonville Zoo. The owners live nearby and are available to welcome and assist you. A fifth guest will be comfortable on the sunroom daybed. Please note: This is NOT a party venue.

Downtown, Stadium, Arena etc. 10 min Lounge on the deck or sit pool side while watching the sunrise/ sunset. Bring your kayaks and paddle across the river to the zoo, or find sharks teeth on the river islands. Fish off the dock and catch some of Florida's best: Reds, Trout, Flounder, Snapper, Blue Crabs.

Fenced 4 bdr House Airport, Cruise, Zoo & Beaches

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

Retro Bungalow

Our 1,100 ft.² was renovated in 2023 with new central heat and air, ceramic tile and hard wood flooring, kitchen appliances and cabinets, bathrooms, and electrical and plumbing. Multiple windows in every room let in tons of natural light. Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets or companion animals. The home is only a block away from 8 restaurants and local shops. We allow a maximum of 4 overnight guests and 4 visitors on the property at one time.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish newly renovated home. Everything is modern & BRAND NEW! Enjoy a nice cozy evening in the backyard next to the fire. We have a king size bed in the master including a private FULL bathroom with a stand-up glass shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed next to the 2nd bedroom that has a garden tub. The living room couch pull outs & makes for queen bed. Each room has a smart tv with all your favorite shows.
