Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Recently renovated, new appliances, mattresses and linens. It features a beautiful open floor kitchen and dining room, the table can sit 14. This spacious 6 bedrooms, two and half bath, plus an outdoor shower, is a place where families make memories. The house has a king size bed, 3 queens, 2 full and 3 twin beds. The basement has a game room and another TV. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided, bring your beach towels. The large deck has a grill and deck furniture. Enjoy the fire pit.

Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. There is a wide open living/dining area . One queen Bedroom with lots of space. A twin bedroom that extends into a king bed.
