This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Lovely & open self contained, 1 bedroom stand-alone cottage. Approximately 200 steps, & one street back from Westshore Beach, which is great for swimming in the summer. Queen bed. En-suite bathroom. Close to a cafe, dairy, fish n chip shop, & pharmacy. It’s a 7 minute drive to town. It’s a few minutes drive from the airport. Continental breakfast of home made cereal, milk, fruit, & Nespresso coffee, tea provided. Happy to consider & negotiate longer stay. We live next door.

Ten minutes walk to town..very spacious..suits families..and late checkins. Retro, not for people who like flash hotels or new things. Come here if you want something different. Relaxing..away from traffic..off street parking...Separate bedroom and kitchen and bathroom..lounge too..flat access. We welcome diversity. Children under 17 are free. We believe the little things make the biggest memories. Inside, we have striven to provide everything you might need for a relaxing getaway. Less than 4 min (350 m) easy walk to the safe little beaches in Ahuriri and only minutes away with the car to Napier centre.

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
