Jack Jr is tucked away at the edge of the woods up on the hill of the historical city of Newaygo. This space was created to be a getaway from all the hustle bustle with a .5 mile trek (walk/bike/drive) into the town of Newaygo or its many surrounding adventures. Bike or hike the Dragon Trail, visit the Newaygo Brewery or Market 41, fish the Muskegon River or any of the multiple surrounding bodies of water we have. Float the river in the summer or hit the snowmobile trails in the winter.

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Deer run through these ravines and salmon swim through the river bend, come see all the wildlife! Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and spending time with those you love on the ranch! The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with backyard bunkhouse. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands w/complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds from nature.

Little Log cabin on the Big Muskegon River.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.
