The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

La casa in Castelvecchio

L'appartamento si trova in una grande casa ricoperta di vite americana nel centro della cittadina di Borgo San Lorenzo. L'abitazione è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cucina e un bagno con doccia. Nella parte esterna c'è un cortile di pietre grigie ed un orto biologico ricco di verdure cresciute con amore e fiori antichi di altri tempi. L'alloggio è per due persone, singole o in coppia, ma c'è anche la possibilità di aggiungere un lettino se ci fosse un bambino presente. La valle del Mugello ha piccoli tesori di rara bellezza: il borgo medievale di Scarperia, le pievi romaniche di Borgo S. Lorenzo, di Sant'Agata e della piccola località di San Giovanni, la casa del pittore Giotto a Vicchio. Le verdi passeggiate nei sentieri dei boschi nell'Appennino tosco-emiliano, il succulento tortello mugellano ripieno di patate, il Lago di Bilancino vicino a Barberino del Mugello. Storia, natura e, se siete appassionati di moto, c'è anche l'autodromo internazionale del Mugello. Ci sono treni e autobus da e per Firenze Dal 1 maggio 2019 all’arrivo sarà richiesto, in contanti, il pagamento dell’imposta di soggiorno dovuta al Comune di Borgo San Lorenzo, pari a euro 1,50 al giorno a persona, fino ad un massimo di 6 giorni consecutivi. Se encuentra en la quinta y última planta de un pequeño edificio (ascensor+un tramo de escaleras), en una elegante zona residencial, justo a las afueras del centro histórico; renovado conservando la calidez de un hogar de verdad, para que puedas sentirte parte de la ciudad. Y los atardeceres desde la entrada son un pequeño extra que espero te deje buenos recuerdos. ----
