The Thunderbird Tiny House

The Thunderbird tiny house is located on the Thunderbird Ranch about 13 miles west of Mountainair, New Mexico. We are surrounded by the Cibola National Forest on all four sides. The property is owned by the Wester's and has been in their family for almost a hundred years. We also have other vacation homes for rent so if you want to bring another family we can accommodate that. This house is off the grid so we've got to be careful not to use too much electricity cannot run do not run hair Dryer

Tranquil, cozy Tiny House sets in the Manzano mtn. nestled in ponderosa and junipers, just 18 minutes from Alb. NM. Nearby trails for biking, hiking, x country skiing or horse back riding. Close by: Sandia Ski area, Sandia Tram, Balloon Fiesta, Aquarium-Zoo, Museums, Tinkertown, McCall's Pumpkin Farm. Towns nearby: North - Placitas, Bernalillo, Santa fe and Madrid. Quiet country retreat 35 minutes south of Albuquerque. This guest suite offers ample parking, a private patio and private entrance from the patio. Bedroom, kitchenette and large en suite bathroom are all included in the space. Kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric burner and basic cookware and dining ware. Cooking Oil, salt/pepper tea and coffee are provided. Bedroom has a queen-size bed and cozy fireplace. The owner lives on premises and is available to help with any needs.

Come stay at our 2-acre hobby farm with a wonderful view of the rolling Sandia Mountains. Located about 25 minutes from Albuquerque, it’s a great place to stay outside of the city. Our farm-style camper has all you need for a cozy getaway, including a small kitchen with a mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Sleep on the comfy full-sized bed and folding cot bed. Our farm has goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, dogs, cats, and 2 little pigs! Sample our fresh goat milk and eggs by request!

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. Relax, unwind, and unplug with a beautiful view of the Manzano Mountains in our cozy cabin. Mountainair was known as the “Pinto Bean Capital of the World” in its heyday and our land was used for dry-land bean farming. Remnants of homesteaders can still be found on the property. We now enjoy this beautiful location to raise Scottish Highland Cattle and can’t wait to share it with you! Our cabin will fit 2 adults plus a child comfortably with a queen bed and twin sofa bed.

Secluded Manzano Mountain cabin near Mountainair

This recently constructed mountain cabin is located on private land deep in the Cibola National Forest and 13 miles north west of Mountainair. It is off grid with a modern solar system. This two story house has a large screened porch with a view of a wildlife watering pond so bring your camera! This unque house is very quite and secluded. If your a hiker your in luck. the Manzanos mountains have many beautiful hiking trails.

Our lovely, private casita in central Albuquerque is decorated with original art and located within easy walking distance of the University of New Mexico north campus golf course and UNM Hospital/School of Law.
