Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. I love this "Down Valley " area of Telluride. It is a 17 minutes drive up river to downtown Telluride. Our riverfront deck sits right on the San Miguel. If you leave your bedroom window open you can hear it all night long. Being at 7500 feet, Fall Creek, is also nicer if you want an easy altitude adjustment! The unit modernly decorated with 900 generous square feet for two persons.

Drive up/ walk in access to this stunning chalét. Surrounded on all sides by nature its unique & tranquil with breathtaking views. It's a short 6 minute drive to Mountain Village & the free parking structure that has ski in ski out access. 2 Bedrooms plus loft. Two bathrooms. A "WorkPod", a separate office structure is located steps from the patio. Dogs allowed, max 2 with a pet fee.

Newly renovated in Spring 2021, this 1 bedroom cabin boasts one plush king sized bed/bedroom, as well as a cozy twin sized "nook". Located 25 miles from Telluride and 43 miles from Mesa Verde National Park. Incredible hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and all that nature has to offer right out the door.
