Enormous kitchen, laundry and bath in unit with private entrance and relaxing outside seating area. Windows in every room let in light during the day. Dimming led lighting throughout for relaxing evenings. Ceiling is double float drywall, great sound-proofing for a good night of sleep. No smoking in the unit and absolutely no pets, please.
