Peaceful on Paku

This home and neighbouring section have magnificent views over Pauanui, the harbour, islands and the hills beyond. It has large, sunny open plan living which makes the most of the panoramic view. There are two double bedrooms and one single on the upper level which opens onto a private, sunny outdoor courtyard. On the lower level is a large rumpus room with pool table, two beds and double garage. This brilliantly located home is only a five minute walk from the Marina, cafés, beach and harbour.

Just across the road from the ocean beach and right on the estuary. The Bach has an open plan living area that flows out onto a large deck.
