We are located in the heart of the Brisbane Valley only 1H drive from Brisbane and 30min from Ipswich. Only 3min drive from Fernvale town ship, build on quiet country side surrounding . Shops close by & Bus Station is 5 min walk. No laundry amenities. We live adjacent with children & use the same driveway but will respect your privacy. Weekend traffic on road can be busy but weekdays are usually quiet. Lockbox entry, no check-in. Driving Distance: 12km & 24 minutes from Brisbane City.

Windermere Lodge - Idyllic peaceful bush retreat

Wake up in the morning to just the sounds of the birds in your retreat set in 10 acres of rural paradise. From your private terrace, set amidst the beautiful gardens, you can wander freely through the grounds. Our property is home to a great many native species, including wallabies and over 100 species of birds. We have no domestic pets. Head into Samford village for a coffee at one of the many iconic coffee shops, or take a stroll through the nearby rainforests of Mt Glorious and Mt Nebo.

Beautiful private guest room

A beautiful little guest room that is situated separate from the main house next to the garage. It has a separate entrance through a gate at the front of the house. The room consists of a queen bed, TV, quality linen and a very comfortable mattress. A kitchenette to take care of your refreshments including a coffee pod machine, a section of teas, toaster, kettle and hot plate. You will also have access to BBQ, sauna, ice bath and pool. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

All amenities are included: fully equiped kitchen, aircon, queen size bed, bathroom with bio cycle toilet, west facing veranda, parking, tv and a fire place . Nebo hosts a number of bushwalks ,waterfalls and swimming holes. The cottage is an excellent weekend retreat or quiet space to work and relax less than an hour from Brisbane city

This one-bedroom mountain retreat (only 50 mins from Meanjin/Brisbane) includes a self-contained kitchen, luxury linens, a claw foot bath and a fireplace for all of your cosy dreams to unfold. Walking access to world-famous rainforest walks and only a 10 minute drive to swim in the beautiful ‘Pixie Pools’ and Northbrook gorge. Weddings welcome.
