Close to all transit and a stones throw to Whole Foods, Fitness World, browns social house, and shopping at Uptown Centre. This central location will afford you quick access to all the South Island has on offer. No smoking of any substance or excessive noise as we live in the home and will extend the same courtesy. The Brentwood Garden — basement suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the back of the house with a beautiful garden and patio. A infant is welcome to sleep in a beautiful baby wicket basket with stand. Unfortunately, the suite is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable for 2 persons. The suite and upper - hosts floor share one heating and cooling system with a thermostat on main floor. Our guests are able to control a comfortable temperature in the suite by adjusting ceiling vents.
