Vous avez un grand lit 160×200 dressing, coin cosy fauteuils bouilloire, mini frigo à votre disposition. La chambre se situe à l'étage d'une maison ancienne, l'accès se fait par un escalier en bois d'époque.

It is located 1 km from Montignac-Lascaux by a small country road. The gîte is on the first floor of a beautiful building, under a magnificent frame, you will find all the comforts and a superb terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, large bright bathroom, a large comfortable bed, a beautiful sofa for lounging around and a desk.

At the same time in a calm environment, located in one of the historical streets in the heart of Montignac, relax in this charming apartment remade and done up by my care (2016). My accommodation, type T1 bis, is located on the 1st floor. It is a real little perigordian nest renovated with taste, comfortable and functional. A private place adjoining the entrance allows the storage of bicycles.

Notre maison de famille est située à Montignac, au coeur du Périgord Noir. Elle est toute proche du centre ville, du marché, des commerces, bars et restaurants situés au bord de la Vézère (10 mn à pied). C'est une situation idéale pour une découverte du Centre International d'Art Pariétal Lascaux, mais aussi pour une découverte touristique de la Dordogne : Sarlat, Les Eyzies, haut lieu de la Préhistoire, Périgueux, capitale du Périgord...

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec coin cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit couchage double 140cm), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.
