Come enjoy time at Mesa Verde, Hovenweep National park, Mcphee lake (less than 5 min away) River, bike trails, hiking trails or simply relax in the country. . In the winter there are many snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip.

This is a 30 foot in diameter pet friendly yurt. Sleeps five; one queen, one twin bed and a new queen pull out sofa. Full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room and dining area all separated by walls but not doors. Has outdoor fire ring with swings, chairs and barbque grill. Propane heater for cool seasons and cooler for summer. Sits on 12 acres with view of pastures and mountains. Animals pastured during the summer months. Shadow the cat will greet you with lots of love!

We are 5 miles from downtown Cortez, on 20 acres of sacred land. It also has outdoor chairs, a fire pit, and access to all the campground's amenities.
