Its walking distance to down town Montecito's famous Coast Village Road and Butterfly Beach is a nice walking distance away. The unit is available for 30 days stay at the time. It has a light living room a bright kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom with washer/ dryer and separate bedroom. If you have specific dates in mind lmk. There is also a small, gated, outdoor area with BBQ and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow most dogs upon approval.
