Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage was completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting). Swan Cottage is also very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Our charming cottage is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home with a fully stocked kitchen. Fun awaits our guests in Mt. Pleasant, an easy 30 min drive, with a water park, Soaring Eagle Casino, golf courses, and restaurants. Come relax and enjoy the spectacular views from your living room. Your get-away awaits!
