Escape to our peaceful 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Just 8 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and ½ mile from Woodruff’s Pies (featured on The Today Show), this cozy getaway offers stunning views and family-friendly comfort. Conveniently located 25 minutes from Lynchburg's universities and 1 hour from Charlottesville, Lexington, and Roanoke, it’s the perfect blend of nature and accessibility. The parking area is about 30 yards from the cottage on a path.

Private Suite

You will have a nice comfy full-size bed, a full bathroom with a shower, a separate living room area that has a couch and a TV. Semi-Private living area I do share the washing machine and dryer. There is a door upstairs to keep us separate. You will also have your own entrance into your living area with a table where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a small refrigerator. There is plenty of parking. You will be about 15 minutes from Lynchburg and the parkway if you enjoy hiking.

Take a walk on the original wagon train road down to a stream or bath your senses in the majestic view of Jump Mountain from the meadow.
