The KING SIZE bed ensures a restful night and is perfect for a lazy morning. Features include a kitchenette, electric fireplace, BBQ, outdoor fire pit (with wood), covered patio, and a smart TV.

This one bedroom studio is located in Princeton downtown area , you have your own entrance. Please note that there is no kitchen in the unit. The sofa chair bed can only fit small size people. 20 minutes walking to the University, 10 minutes walking to high school and middle school, 10 minutes walking to the shopping center. Close to fine dining, shopping, entertainment, theaters, museums, closeto popular spots such as Jay's Bikes, Small World Coffee, Hoagie Haven, and Blue Point Grill.

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

Queen Mary Guest House By the Vineyard

If you live in congested area, with children stuck in a tiny apartment. Our home offers large open outdoor space. Why not invite your immediate family to spend time together in our late 19th century 3000 sq ft farm house with vineyard view. Enjoy a relaxing evening by the wood burning fireplace, play board games with friends, listen to Frank Sinatra or Beatles' original vinyl records, or have a morning coffee or tea on our front porch overlooking the vineyard across the street.

Historic Mill Retreat - 3 BR-1st fl waterview unit

This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. It is the perfect stay for those who want a little quiet and to be a little closer to nature. It's hard to compare the views! AC in bedrooms only.

This renovated home, dating back to 1900, is located right along the picturesque Delaware Canal, offering stunning views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like kayaking and biking. The loft area features a queen bed and a desk area perfect for remote work. The yard has outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery.

The guest room is light and airy with a private entrance off the back deck. The bathroom is connected to the room and is completely private. The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
