R&R Retreat #6 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a study. It is conveniently located less than a mile from Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium and both Ruby Memorial and Mon General Hospitals. It is located on the top floor of a 6 unit apartment building. We aim to rent all other units to working professionals who keep normal hours and maintain a respectful noise level. The building offers coin operated washers and dryers along with one off-street parking spot per unit. No pets.

This space offers 1100 sq. ft of living space located directly across from Ruby Memorial Hospital and football stadium. If you're coming for a football game, save your money on a parking pass! Just walk across the street and you're there! Need to stay close to the hospital? This is the closest you can get. The space features two full sized bedrooms with queen beds, two full baths (one attached/one common), a full kitchen, tons of storage and comes equipped with a washer and dryer, AC, Wifi.

This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.

Relax at our convenient getaway- a simple loft, recently renovated, perfect for a small family, couple, or small group of friends! Only a short drive or uber trip to downtown, WVU, and the stadium. Our space is new and we are still working out some details, for example, the refrigerator does not seem to be working. The loft is its own space, completely private and separate from the first floor.

Located close to both hospitals, stadiums, and popular dining options. Quiet, ground level, Creekside condo. We encourage in stay communication to ensure the best stay possible. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
