Located in the Rhineland between Cologne and Dusseldorf, you will find our modern holiday and Messewohnung. The apartment is located in Dormagen am Rhein near a nature reserve, on the upper floor of a two family house and has been completely refurbished renovated. Features: Covering an area of 86 m² located next to the spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, hall and bathroom. In the first bedroom there is a box spring that can be charged separately if required. The second bedroom has a single bed. In the large living room there are also two double sofa beds, so that this space can be used as living room. A cozy fireplace, couch and flat screen TV with satellite TV, and a CD - Player can accommodate for evening gatherings. CDs are available in the apartment and can be used. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator combination, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. offers a comfortable dining area for four people. Du kannst auch am Ufer der Wupper wandern gehen oder Radfahren und auch nett einkehren. Mit dem Zug oder dem Auto bist Du in weniger als einer halben Stunde mitten in Köln. Am Bahnhof gibt es auch E-Bikes zu leihen.
