Great cabin to just relax. Excellent hunting and fishing close by. McIntyre Scatters just minutes away with 10,000 acres of public land to hunt. Just a few miles from Money, Ms. We have grills outside on deck for cooking out. The cabin is on McIntyre lake with a private boat landing. We have kayaks for guests to use if they wish. Fire pit on the edge of the lake for relaxing by the fire. There is a charge for firewood or you can bring your own. No pets inside unless approved. Come see us. 👍

Sunset Log Cabin

Get away from it all when you stay at the Sunset Log Cabin on the edge of a cotton field one mile from Clarksdale . The cabin was moved from my father’s family farm in South MS & dates back to pre Civil War days. It was moved to its present location to be the retail space for MS T’s Trees which was a Xmas tree farm my parents started after my father retired from farming. It is a cozy cabin for 2 with covered screened-in outside porches , comfy patio furniture, outside heaters & Great Sunsets!

It's located just off Drew-Merigold Road away from everyone, with no neighbors!! Yet close to everything - only 5 minutes to Drew, 10 minutes to Ruleville, 15 minutes to Cleveland, and 30 minutes to Clarksdale. We are only 10 minutes to McCarty's Pottery in Merigold, and 15 minutes to Peter's Pottery In Mound Bayou.

We have a small farm with free range chickens on 24 acres. We also have goats . They are kept in a pen . You are welcome to take a nice walk around the property .
